Acting as Risk Manager, on an out-source basis, we assist in orchestrating and overseeing our clients’ Risk Management and Insurance needs. References from our present client base are available.

We analyze risks, evaluate exposures, make recommendations and see that the insurance representatives and client’s staff implement them correctly and cost effectively.

Our objective is to eliminate, mitigate or transfer, to the extent possible, the risks and hazards to which our clients

are exposed. We employ Risk Management techniques combined with the design and implementation of a broad, cost effective insurance program for exposures that can not be eliminated through Risk Management methods.

 

The steps to accomplish this are:

 

  • Conduct a detailed Risk Survey of exposures with management, financial and operations personnel.

  • Analyze insurance and risk management aspects of the Survey information to evaluate where risks can

          be eliminated, mitigated or transferred to others, and report whether insurance policies adequately cover

          risks that can not be eliminated.

  • Present recommendations to insurance representatives and negotiate policy amendments.

  • Market the insurance program with current insurance representative(s) or implement competitive bidding using a structured procedure and tailored insurance specifications

  • Act as outside Risk Manager implementing risk management techniques, coordinating the ongoing insurance process and working with our clients to improve the balance sheet and protection of assets.
