Dan Cheek

Dan has over 20 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. He spent the majority of his time as a claims adjuster focusing on claims mitigation. As an adjuster, Dan handled complex claims in the areas of Workers Compensation, Property, Auto, and General Liability. He thoroughly understands the claims process due to his years as an adjuster for self-insureds, TPA’s, and carriers. In the past he has worked with hotels, municipalities, trucking companies, staffing agencies, PEO’s, school systems, and State Governments. Dan has helped his clients implement return to work programs, drug free workplaces, and has worked to set up MCO networks. Over the years, he has uncovered claims trends and guided his clients to implement corrective actions. Dan graduated from the University of Georgia with a Risk Management and Insurance Degree. He also holds an Associates in Risk Management (ARM) designation and an independent claims adjuster license.
