Ryan Patterson

Ryan is a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in real estate and construction risk management.

Prior to joining FHS in 2026, he spent six years with international brokerage firms focusing on large, complex real estate and contractor risks. He also served three years as a risk manager for one of the largest private equity groups, where he was responsible for risk management across the firm’s real estate portfolio.
